Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video chat, ensuring a compassionate and empathetic approach.

• Employ solution-oriented treatment modalities that suit the needs of your clients, including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and other evidence-based practices.

• Collaborate with clients to develop tailored treatment plans that foster insights into their emotions, experiences, and relationships, while also monitoring their progress throughout the therapy journey.

• Maintain detailed, but minimal, documentation as per organizational standards, allowing you to dedicate more time to providing direct patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a client base comprising stable, low-acuity adults who present with a variety of mental health concerns. These may include anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship issues. Your role is crucial in helping these individuals develop the necessary skills to enhance their daily functioning and emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

• AMaster's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Current full licensure as a mental health counselor, specifically as one of the following: LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW. Please note that provisional or limited licenses are not accepted.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor are essential for effectively engaging with clients.

• Proficiency in using technology and telehealth platforms is crucial for seamless service delivery.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling or therapy is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000, depending on your hours worked and overall caseload. Additional benefits include:
