Our clinic operates on a Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. While this provides a structured workweek, some flexibility may be needed to accommodate the evolving needs of our patients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand patients' unique needs and challenges, leading to the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize various evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to provide effective therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational support groups that empower patients through shared experiences while providing strategies to manage mental health concerns.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic and comprehensive patient care.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention services, ensuring that patients receive support during acute mental health emergencies.

• Provide education regarding mental health disorders, treatment options, and community resources that can enhance patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients, ranging from children to adults, who face various mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. Your role will be pivotal in providing culturally competent care that respects and addresses the unique backgrounds and experiences of each individual within our community.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and a variety of evidence-based treatments.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
