Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing therapeutic modalities appropriate for their circumstances.

• Conducting thorough assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that address specific mental health issues.
\n
• Facilitating sessions that focus on various challenges such as alcohol abuse, psychological issues, grief and loss, family conflicts, and more.
\n
• Supporting clients through transitions and challenges, including separation, divorce, and adjustment to blended families.
\n
• Tracking client progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed, while documenting client interactions accurately in our electronic health record (EHR) system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse patient population includes adults, children, and adolescents facing a myriad of mental health challenges. You will work closely with family units, addressing issues such as communication difficulties, job stress, and inter-family relationships. Qualifications\n
