Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed mental health therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid state license to practice as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach.

• Proficient organizational and time management abilities to effectively handle a diverse caseload.

Preferred Experience\n

While not essential, experience in a private practice setting and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities (such as CBT, DBT, or mindfulness approaches) would be advantageous. Additionally, candidates who have previously worked with diverse populations will bring significant value to our team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload. Our benefits package includes:
