Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand each client's mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that address those concerns.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing a range of evidence-based modalities, adapting approaches based on the unique experiences and goals of each client.

• Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals, continuously monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Offer teletherapy services for clients who may face barriers to in-office visits, ensuring that care is accessible and responsive to their circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a mental health clinician at Garden of Mary, you will work with a diverse client population, including adolescents, adults, and families. Our clients come to us seeking support for a variety of issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related challenges, and relationship difficulties. Your ability to establish rapport and trust will be essential in helping them achieve healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license to practice in Illinois as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent.

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build therapeutic alliances with clients.
\n
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude when engaging with clients.
\n
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage caseloads and maintain administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in a private practice setting or outpatient facility is a plus.

• Familiarity with telehealth practices and technologies is advantageous.
