Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C in the state of Maryland.

• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities for co-occurring disorders, including Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment (IDDT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Strong grasp of the interplay between mental health and substance use disorders, with a commitment to client-centered care.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary environment.
