Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns, utilizing standardized assessment tools and personal interviews to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions using evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other therapeutic techniques tailored to meet clients’ unique goals and needs.

• Collaborate with clients to establish measurable therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring and documenting progress throughout the treatment process.

• Facilitate teletherapy options for clients who prefer virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for those with mobility challenges or time constraints.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and client interactions, adhering strictly to ethical and regulatory standards of practice.

• Participate in regular team meetings and consultations to enhance clinical skills, share best practices, and stay updated on the latest developments in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively balance caseload and administrative responsibilities.
