Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or closely related field.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively balance client caseloads and administrative duties.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in teletherapy or with specific modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based approaches will be considered advantageous. Experience working with diverse populations and those who have experience in crisis intervention will also stand out in the hiring process.
