Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing our therapists to work from the comfort of their own space while still maintaining strong connections with clients through telehealth services. Our operating hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some scheduling flexibility to accommodate the varying needs of our patients. You will be equipped with advanced tools and technologies, including a user-friendly electronic health record (EHR) system, to streamline your work and enhance the therapeutic experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to determine each patient's unique needs and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other modalities to assist individuals, couples, and families in achieving their mental health goals.

• Facilitate psychoeducational support groups, fostering a sense of community and providing a shared space for discussing prevalent mental health challenges.
\n
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to individuals experiencing mental health emergencies, maintaining a calm and supportive demeanor.
\n
• Educate clients on mental health conditions, effective treatment options, and available local resources, empowering them to take control of their mental well-being.
\n
• Maintain concise and accurate documentation of patient interactions in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing our EHR system effectively.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and continuous professional development workshops to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

• Stay informed about the latest research, methodologies, and advancements in the field of mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC in the state of Florida is required.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders, evidenced-based assessments, and treatment modalities.

• Proven ability to design and implement effective treatment plans, based on thorough assessments.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy to a diverse population.
\n
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.

• A commitment to maintaining professional ethics and adapting to the evolving needs of clients.

• Proficiency in electronic health record systems and general computer applications.
\n
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team framework.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in a community health setting or outpatient clinic.

Compensation and Benefits\n
