Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and emotional needs, employing standardized tools and interviews.

• Develop, implement, and periodically review individualized treatment plans aimed at addressing specific client goals and therapeutic needs, continuously monitoring progress.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy, while adapting to each client’s unique circumstances and challenges.

• Provide crisis intervention and emotional support to clients experiencing acute distress, utilizing de-escalation techniques and support strategies.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines, ensuring accurate documentation of progress and treatment adjustments.

• Engage in regular collaboration with a diverse team of professionals to exchange insights and strategize comprehensive care for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
