Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Provide ongoing counseling and psychotherapy sessions, adapting therapeutic techniques to optimize results based on client feedback.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and varied therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and psychodynamic therapy, to address mental health concerns.

• Engage in crisis management, demonstrating sound judgment and strong clinical skills to ensure client safety and welfare.
\n
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation using our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards.

• Work collaboratively with case managers and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and coordinate treatment approaches.
\n
• Regularly evaluate client progress and adjust treatment methodologies accordingly, employing data-driven strategies to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient demographic, serving individuals facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to major depressive disorder (MDD), anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), attention- deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and grief. Your empathy and ability to connect with patients will be pivotal in establishing trust and facilitating effective interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
\n
• Active and valid licensure (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) in accordance with state regulations.
\n
• Proven experience with various psychotherapy modalities and familiarity with a broad spectrum of mental health disorders.

• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, enabling effective client interactions and collaboration with team members.
\n
• No history of Medical Malpractice Claims, as verified by a third party.
\n
• Authorized to work in the United States.
\n
