Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth, tailored to meet the specific needs of diverse clients.

• Perform comprehensive bio-psycho-social assessments to determine clients’ emotional and psychological needs.

• Develop and implement effective treatment plans and coping strategies for clients to manage various psychological challenges, including depression, anxiety, and behavioral issues.

• Facilitate skills training sessions in anger management and social skills development, aiming to reduce risk behaviors and enhance interpersonal relationships.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and enhance support for clients, ensuring an integrated approach to their treatment.

• Maintain timely documentation of clinical notes, treatment plans, and assessments in accordance with organizational policies.

• Participate in regular supervision meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and receive professional guidance.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Must be a licensed practitioner (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in good standing.

• Clinical mental health training with post-internship experience working with adult populations.

• Knowledge of the DSM-V for accurate assessments and diagnoses.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care.

• Ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication with supervisors and peers.

• Must have access to suitable telehealth technology for remote counseling sessions.
