Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, providing the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions from anywhere while maintaining a structured work schedule. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, enabling a healthy work-life balance. As part of a telehealth facility, you will leverage advanced digital platforms to connect with clients, thus broadening access to mental health resources for those unable to attend in-person sessions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, specifically Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to help clients address stress and improve their overall wellness.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients' individual stressors, challenges, and therapeutic goals, tailoring mindfulness practices to their specific needs.
\n
• Guide clients through various mindfulness exercises, including meditation and breathing techniques, facilitating enhanced self-awareness and emotional balance.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops focusing on mindfulness practices, stress management techniques, and strategies for building resilience among participants.

• Incorporate mindfulness approaches within individual therapy sessions, effectively addressing a spectrum of mental health concerns while encouraging personal growth.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare professionals to harmonize the integration of mindfulness into comprehensive treatment plans for our clients.

• Document client progress meticulously, maintaining detailed records of mindfulness interventions, treatment plans, and outcomes to ensure continuity of care.

• Commit to personal mindfulness practice, continuous self-reflection, and professional development to stay at the forefront of mindfulness-based approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• A strong foundation in therapeutic practices, displayed through extensive training or experience in mindfulness-based interventions.

• Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to create a calm, supportive therapeutic space for clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, reflective of your experience and qualifications.
