Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary goal will be to support clients dealing with various mental health challenges, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and relationship issues. You will work with a diverse population, including individuals from different backgrounds and age groups, ensuring culturally competent care is delivered at all times.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license issued by the state of California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Ideally, a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to cultivate a trusting and therapeutic relationship with your clients.

• Demonstrated empathy and a compassionate, non-judgmental attitude toward clients' experiences.

• Strong organization and time management skills to effectively handle caseloads and administrative responsibilities.
