Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health concerns, using structured protocols to formulate personalized treatment strategies.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that target specific issues influencing patients’ well-being, ensuring that plans are regularly updated based on client progress.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to foster effective therapeutic change.

• Collaborate extensively with fellow team members, promoting a multidisciplinary approach to treatment that addresses the multifaceted needs of clients.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, fostering a supportive environment that encourages active involvement in the recovery process.

• Document all interactions and treatment outcomes diligently in secure electronic health record systems, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The patient population primarily includes individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and substance use disorders. You will work with a diverse clientele, allowing you to apply your cultural competence and therapeutic skills to support individuals from various backgrounds and walks of life.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline.

• Proven track record of effective mental health counseling, underscored by specialized training and hands-on experience.
