Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to create personalized therapy strategies for clients.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting your approach to meet specific needs.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic approaches, to support client progress.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Maryland.

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and caseload.
