Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs accurately. Utilize evidence-based assessment tools and methodologies to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy sessions to individuals, families, and groups, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic modalities appropriate for diverse concerns.

• Collaborate with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate multifaceted care, ensuring that the treatment plans are holistic and tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support to clients during acute episodes, utilizing your clinical skills and empathy to manage emergencies and ensure client safety.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives aimed at increasing mental health awareness and reducing stigma, including workshops, seminars, and informational presentations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be serving a diverse clientele, including adults, adolescents, and families experiencing a variety of mental health issues such as depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, and substance use disorders. By working with individuals from different life backgrounds, you will enhance your clinical skills and understanding of diverse cultural perspectives on health and therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Possess an active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Hold a master's degree or higher in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exhibit outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients across various demographics.

• Demonstrate cultural competence and sensitivity to support clients from diverse ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds effectively.

• Show strong organizational and time-management skills, ensuring thorough and accurate documentation of therapy sessions and treatment progress.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is preferred, with familiarity in telehealth practices being a significant advantage.

• Experience working with a multidisciplinary team and understanding of integrated care models will be beneficial.

• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
