Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), tailored to meet the specific needs of clients while promoting relaxation and well-being.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand client stressors, challenges, and therapeutic goals, allowing for customized mindfulness practices.

• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation, and breathing techniques designed to enhance self-awareness and manage emotions effectively.

• Facilitate interactive group workshops and classes focused on mindfulness, stress management, and resilience-building strategies, creating an engaging learning environment.

• Effectively integrate mindfulness techniques into one-on-one therapy sessions to address specific psychological concerns and support clients’ holistic growth.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare professionals to create a unified approach to client treatment plans inclusive of mindfulness methodologies.

• Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, progress, mindfulness interventions, and treatment plans to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
