Key Responsibilities\n

• Supervise and manage the clinical care of patients, utilizing your expertise in mental health counseling.

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, delivering evidence-based interventions designed to improve psychological well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive compensation package that reflects your experience and qualifications, with full-time positions ranging from $90,000 to $135,000 annually. Additionally, therapists may earn up to $1,500 in sign-on bonuses and an extra $2,000 based on state licensure.
