Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to assist clients in recognizing and mitigating stressors while enhancing their overall well-being.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify client challenges, stressors, and personal goals; tailor mindfulness practices accordingly to meet their specific needs.

• Lead clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation techniques, and breathing strategies to promote self-awareness and effective emotional regulation.

• Facilitate group workshops and educational classes that focus on mindfulness practices, stress reduction techniques, and resilience-building strategies, fostering a community approach to mental health.

• Incorporate mindfulness methodologies into individual therapy sessions, addressing diverse mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and stress-related conditions.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Wellbe Health Care Inc., you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of New Jersey.
