Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver personalized mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to assist clients in managing stress, enhancing resilience, and creating a balanced life.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments through in-depth conversations to understand each client’s unique stressors and goals, ensuring tailored therapeutic approaches.

• Facilitate individual and group sessions that guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation practices, and breathing techniques aimed at increased self-awareness and emotional stability.

• Develop and lead engaging workshops and classes focused on mindfulness practices, stress management, and skills for building resilience, contributing to a holistic care approach.

• Collaborate with fellow mental health practitioners and multidisciplinary teams to create an integrated care plan that positions mindfulness as a cornerstone of treatment.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans, reflecting each client’s journey towards improved mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
