Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy to deliver effective interventions.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, focusing on a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and relationship challenges.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring effective communication of client progress and treatment plans.

• Engage in professional development and training workshops to stay abreast of the latest mental health research and effective practices.

Qualifications\n
