As a remote mental health counselor at Inside Minds, you will be part of an agile and supportive team dedicated to improving client outcomes through telehealth services. We handle client intake, billing, and administrative tasks, allowing you to concentrate on your clients and their therapeutic journeys.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions via a secure video chat platform, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for client discussions.

• Guide clients through exploration of their emotions and experiences, fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following academic and professional credentials:

• Current and valid licensure as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT) , Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) , or Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C) .

Compensation and Benefits\n

Inside Minds Therapy Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
