Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments, to better understand each client's needs and context.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, integrating their cultural backgrounds into the therapeutic process.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), in various formats—individual, couple, family, and group sessions.

• Provide crisis intervention and stabilization services, ensuring that clients in acute distress receive prompt and cohesive support.
\n
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, in compliance with organizational policies and health regulations.
\n
• Empower clients and their families through psychoeducation by offering them strategies and resources to effectively manage their mental health.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers—to coordinate comprehensive care and improve overall client outcomes.

• Regularly assess and evaluate treatment effectiveness through outcome assessments, making necessary adjustments to each client's treatment plan.

• Stay up-to-date with current trends, research, and best practices in mental health, applying this knowledge to enhance clinical practices and patient care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
