Work Environment

This position is fully remote, enabling you to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining a professional work-life balance. Our flexible scheduling allows you to dictate your hours, with options available for both full-time (over 30 hours/week) and part-time (over 5 hours/week) employment. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct video therapy sessions with clients, ensuring an ethical and confidential environment for mental health counseling.
• Perform ongoing assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that meet each client's unique needs.
• Facilitate the development of coping strategies, problem-solving techniques, and effective communication skills tailored to the individual client.
• Utilize our easy-to-use counseling platform to streamline session documentation, minimizing paperwork to allow more time for client care.
• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans based on client progress and feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on working with stable, low-acuity adults. The clients you will serve are individuals seeking support for various mental health challenges, including anxiety, stress management, and life transitions. Your expertise in understanding their experiences and developing tailored treatment solutions will be crucial in helping them achieve their mental health goals.

Qualifications

• A valid Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current independent state license in one of the following: LMFT, LCPC, LCSW-C, or PsyD.
• Ability to practice independently without supervision and a clean disciplinary record.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the capability to build rapport with clients effectively.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology for virtual counseling, including a stable Wi-Fi connection.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, previous experience in providing mental health counseling to adults, particularly in a remote setting, is highly valued. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and counseling methodologies will further enhance your ability to serve our clients effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
