Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, maintaining professional boundaries and ethical considerations throughout the therapeutic process.

• Conduct regular sessions to evaluate client progress, stability, treatment efficacy, and to determine the appropriate timing for discharge when necessary.

• Develop, implement, and routinely assess personalized treatment plans that cater to individual client needs.

• Maintain comprehensive and current progress notes and documentation in alignment with organizational standards.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments, including the evaluation of mental health disorders and treatment readiness.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, building rapport with clients that fosters a safe and effective therapeutic environment.

• Engage in regular individual supervision and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, enhancing coordinated care among various healthcare providers.

Qualifications\n
