Work Environment\n

This position is structured as a remote role, providing flexibility while maintaining professional engagement with colleagues and patients. The work hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional evening and weekend shifts on a rotational basis as needed to accommodate client scheduling. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments using standardized protocols to accurately evaluate clients' symptoms, focusing on the severity and impact of mood disorders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with adults who are grappling with a variety of mood disorders. These may include individuals struggling with chronic anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. You will also be involved in supporting their families, providing resources to aid in understanding these conditions and facilitating supportive environments.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is essential, with a demonstrated focus on mood disorders.

• Proficiency in applying evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly CBT and DBT, with a proven track record of successful client outcomes.

• Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and the ability to work collaboratively with psychiatrists to optimize patient care.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective rapport-building with clients from various backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with prior experience in outpatient settings dealing with diverse populations and clients suffering from complex mood disorders will be given preference. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is also beneficial in ensuring efficient documentation and communication.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this position is competitive, with a salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, plus potential bonuses. Additionally, we offer a sign-on bonus to our new hires as a token of our commitment to welcome new talent into our team.
