Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health status and needs.

• Collaboratively create and implement tailored treatment plans focused on addressing specific client issues such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders.

• Engage in regular individual and group therapy sessions, providing therapeutic tools and techniques to assist patients in overcoming their challenges.

• Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Provide referrals to additional healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and support groups, as essential for holistic care.

• Document client interactions and treatment plans accurately in our electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, which includes adolescents, adults, and families dealing with mental health issues across various spectrums. Your expertise will be instrumental in offering support tailored to the specific needs of clients struggling with mental health disorders, trauma, and life crises.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Georgia.
\n
• At least two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.
\n
• A thorough understanding of mental health disorders along with evidence-based treatment approaches.
\n
• Strong crisis intervention skills and the ability to remain composed in high-challenge scenarios.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to develop rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds, employing culturally responsive practices.

• Ability to effectively use electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and communication.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, a one-time sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 is offered to successful new hires, enhancing compensation during your initial deployment with Mind Well Behavioral Services.
