Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial interviews and thorough assessments to establish client needs and treatment goals.

• Evaluate clients regularly, synthesizing information from various sources, including clients, families, and referral sources, to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Services, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing therapy, ideally in a mental health or addiction recovery setting.

• Current licensure in Washington State as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.

• Strong ethical grounding with a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and upholding professional standards.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are mandatory for effective client interaction and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
