Work Environment\n

This position is designed to be fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work environment while ensuring you remain connected to a collaborative team of professionals. The ideal candidate will maintain a work schedule from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine patients’ needs, ensuring that each patient receives a tailored treatment plan that highlights their unique goals and challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused approaches to facilitate meaningful changes in patients’ lives.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups, addressing prevalent mental health issues while fostering a sense of community and support among participants.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver coordinated and holistic care to all patients.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid LPCC licensure in the state of California.

• Demonstrated knowledge of various mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Proven experience in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and formulating treatment plans that yield positive outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
