Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to identify concerns and develop tailored treatment approaches.

• Provide individual and family therapy sessions based on the specific needs of the clients, implementing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Complete necessary documentation accurately and promptly, including billing, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms.

• Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, and relapse prevention strategies to assist clients in maintaining stable functioning.

• Create detailed discharge plans that reflect a seamless transition for clients moving out of active therapy.
\n
• Adhere strictly to federal and state mental health regulations, compliance requirements, as well as internal policies and procedures.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training and education opportunities to enhance clinical skills.
\n
• Participate actively in case consultations and agency meetings that foster teamwork and collaborative patient care.

• Complete all licensure and mandatory training to ensure compliance with professional standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse population of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that is recognized for licensure is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with licensing and experience.
