Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, needs, and treatment goals.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans utilizing evidence-based approaches that align with clients' unique situations.

• Engage with clients in regular therapy sessions, providing coping strategies and therapeutic tools to facilitate their success.
\n
• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
\n
• Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists or specialists, to ensure comprehensive care.
\n
• Document client progress in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies using our EHR system.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss case reviews, share insights, and facilitate collaborative problem-solving.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population of clients facing a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders. As a licensed mental health counselor, you will be expected to adopt culturally responsive and inclusive therapeutic approaches that enhance the client experience and foster trust. Your ability to connect with individuals from varied backgrounds will play a crucial role in their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid state licensure as either an LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health counseling role.
\n
• Deep understanding of mental health disorders and proficiency in evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage clients and build rapport across diverse demographics.

• Solid crisis intervention skills paired with the capacity to remain composed in challenging situations.

• Experience conducting both individual and group therapy, utilizing culturally competent and trauma-informed practices.

• Familiarity with digital health tools and EHR systems, enhancing your ability to document care and client interactions efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive healthcare benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
