Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and their families, ensuring a strength-based approach is utilized.
\n
• Deliver individualized and family therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs and goals of clients.
\n
• Ensure timely completion of documentation, billing processes, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization paperwork.
\n
• Develop crisis intervention strategies, safety and wellness plans, and relapse prevention plans to foster stable functioning for clients.
\n
• Create systematic discharge plans to ensure smooth transitions for clients out of therapeutic care.
\n
• Comply with all federal and state regulations, as well as the policies and procedures set forth by Cayuga Health Care.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training, workshops, and continuing education to enhance clinical skills.
\n
• Participate in regular case consultations and agency meetings to promote best practices and collaborative care approaches.
\n
• Complete all licensure renewals and mandatory training within designated timelines.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse client population seeking mental health support for various conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clinics are dedicated to creating an inclusive space for individuals from different backgrounds, ensuring equitable access and culturally responsive care.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field required for licensure.
\n
• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Therapeutic professional in the State (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW-C).

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a clinical or community health setting is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with licensure and relevant experience. Our benefits package includes:
