Key Responsibilities\n

Your clinical practice will encompass diverse populations with varying backgrounds and experiences. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LCMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C in the state of Maryland.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience working directly with mental health patients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary range of $80,000 to $100,000, reflective of your experience and qualifications. Additionally, new team members may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
