This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to provide quality care from the comfort of your own space. You will engage with clients through teletherapy, utilizing secure video conferencing tools and digital resources to create a supportive therapeutic environment. Our clinic utilizes integrated practice management software to streamline client documentation and progress tracking, ensuring you have the necessary tools to focus on the therapeutic process. Your standard hours will be Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a structured yet balanced work life.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at AllerVie, you will be working primarily with adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and stress-related issues. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid license is mandatory, with acceptable qualifications being LCSW-C, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Maryland.

• Demonstrated understanding and proficiency in applying mindfulness techniques within therapeutic settings.

• Strong communication skills that promote a comforting and safe therapeutic atmosphere.

Preferred Experience\n

• While extensive training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is preferred, candidates who display a solid foundational understanding of mindfulness applications in therapy will also be considered.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with annual compensation between $80,000 and $104,000.
