Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify stressors, mental health challenges, and personal goals, then develop customized mindfulness practice plans.

• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation techniques, and breathing exercises designed to enhance self-awareness and emotional regulation.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops on stress management, resilience building, and mindfulness practices to foster community support and learning.

• Incorporate mindfulness techniques into individual therapy sessions to support clients’ mental health and personal development.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

Qualifications\n

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in New Jersey is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
