Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver comprehensive mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to help clients enhance their emotional and psychological well-being.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify each client’s unique stressors, challenges, and therapeutic goals, customizing mindfulness practices to fit individual needs.

• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation sessions, and breathing techniques designed to increase self-awareness, emotional regulation, and stress relief.

• Facilitate dynamic group workshops and classes focused on mindfulness practices, providing shared learning opportunities that foster community and support resilience-building strategies.

• Integrate mindfulness approaches into individual therapy sessions to address specific mental health concerns, ensuring a well-rounded treatment plan for each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.
