Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients' unique stressors, mental health challenges, and personal goals, allowing you to customize mindfulness practices to meet their specific needs.

• Guide clients in engaging mindfulness exercises, meditation techniques, and breathing practices that promote self-awareness and enhance emotional regulation.

• Provide tailored mindfulness-based interventions, including MBSR, aimed at reducing stress, fostering relaxation, and enhancing overall well-being.

• Lead engaging group workshops and interactive classes focused on mindfulness training, stress management strategies, and resilience-building techniques.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Licensure: A current and valid license as either an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.
