This remote position allows for flexibility while maintaining a structured work schedule of Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement mindfulness-based interventions such as MBSR to assist clients in achieving stress reduction, relaxation, and overall wellness.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' unique stressors, emotional challenges, and therapeutic goals, customizing mindfulness practices to fit individual needs.

• Lead individual therapy sessions, focusing on mindfulness exercises, meditation, and breathing techniques to foster self-awareness and emotional regulation.

• Facilitate group workshops that educate participants on mindfulness practices, stress management techniques, and resilience-building strategies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists and healthcare providers to weave mindfulness approaches into comprehensive treatment plans.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress, mindfulness strategies employed, and treatment outcomes to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

• Engage in personal mindfulness practice regularly and participate in ongoing professional development to continuously refine expertise in MBSR.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT within the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
