Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients' mental health conditions and treatment needs.

• Collaborate with clients to create and implement personalized treatment plans focused on their specific goals and requirements.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions for adult clients utilizing evidence-based and solution-focused therapeutic approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse array of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will be equipped to address a variety of mental health diagnoses and work collaboratively with clients to provide tailored care that respects their unique experiences and backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid and current license as one of the following: \n

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  \n
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  \n
  • Doctor of Psychology (PsyD)
  \n

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Demonstration of excellent communication and interpersonal skills is essential for building rapport with clients.

• Ability to exhibit compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach to therapy.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills are necessary to effectively manage a full caseload.

• No history of disciplinary actions with relevant professional licensing boards.

Preferred Experience\n
