Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand clients' challenges and develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring strategies align with best practices.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation that meets HIPAA regulations and supports effective treatment delivery.

• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate care and refer patients as needed.

• Participate in weekly case consultations and peer review discussions to enhance therapeutic techniques and improve patient outcomes.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families, empowering them with resources and strategies to manage mental health conditions.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the mental health field, participating in ongoing professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with adult and adolescent clients who experience a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, and trauma-related issues. You will play a pivotal role in helping them navigate their feelings and experiences towards a place of healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Active licensure in the state of Arizona as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.

• Solid understanding of solution-focused and evidence-based psychotherapy interventions tailored to diverse client needs.
