Work Environment\n

This role is designed to be performed primarily in a remote setting, allowing you the flexibility to manage your work-life balance effectively. The outpatient office serves as a center of collaborative care, and our therapists work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to provide comprehensive mental health services. Our regular business hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, promoting a structured yet flexible environment.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to develop individualized treatment plans, employing solution-focused interventions based on evidence-based practices.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• Maintain precise and confidential clinical records while adhering to HIPAA regulations and best practices in the field.

• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals, engaging in case consultations and peer reviews to uphold the highest standards of care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available resources, empowering them with the knowledge needed to support their journey towards recovery.

• Stay informed of the latest developments in mental health research and clinical practices to continually enhance the quality of care provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic supports a diverse range of clients, including those grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.

• Strong understanding of solution-based therapy techniques and the ability to apply them effectively to assist clients in achieving their goals.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to establish a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.

• Demonstrated capability to navigate challenging situations with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in outpatient settings is preferred, along with familiarity with electronic health record management systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
