Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Directly engaging with clients to identify their mental health needs and collaboratively set achievable treatment goals.

• Providing evidence-based, prevention-oriented therapy tailored to individual client circumstances.

• Implementing, monitoring, and adjusting treatment plans to reflect progress or changes in client status.

• Collaborating with other treatment providers and relevant agencies to ensure comprehensive care and effective resource utilization.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, session notes, and treatment progress.

• Attending regular staff meetings to discuss case management and foster team cohesion.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, ranging from children and adolescents to adults facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and fully licensed credential as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required; advanced degrees are preferred and will be considered positively.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
