Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health backgrounds, issues, and needs.

• Develop effective and individualized treatment plans that align with best practices and address specific client goals.

• Provide face-to-face teletherapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's needs, including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and solution-focused techniques.

• Set achievable therapeutic goals and continuously monitor client progress through consistent follow-up assessments.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation and records to meet ethical standards and compliance requirements.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations, sharing insights and strategies to enhance therapy outcomes.

• Engage in professional development opportunities to keep abreast of emerging trends and methodologies in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Active and valid state licensure as an LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an emphasis on empathy and a non-judgmental attitude.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing individual therapy via telehealth platforms.

• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches relevant to common mental health disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
