Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting thorough clinical evaluations that include standardized assessments and interviews to determine the appropriate treatment methodologies.

• Designing and implementing personalized treatment plans utilizing recognized therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Maintaining confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulations, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in documentation.

• Collaborating within a multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver holistic care.

• Participating actively in monthly case consultations and peer review sessions aimed at refining skills and improving treatment outcomes.

• Educating clients and their families about mental health disorders, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them to engage actively in their care.

• Staying informed about the latest research, tools, and best practices in mental health treatment to ensure that clients receive the highest quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to young adults navigating anxiety, families dealing with trauma, and individuals struggling with depression. Your compassionate approach will help these individuals chart their paths towards recovery and emotional wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid license to practice in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Proven ability to develop and execute focused treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n
