Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed evaluations of clients to understand their individual trauma histories and identify effective treatment approaches.

• Design and implement personalized therapy plans that primarily focus on trauma recovery, resilience building, and improved mental health.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate healing.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, helping patients process their trauma, develop effective coping mechanisms, and promote their recovery.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic care for all patients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention to clients facing trauma-related emergencies, ensuring they feel supported and safe.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on supporting individuals dealing with trauma, including extensive experience working with clients experiencing PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctorate degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, mental health counseling, or psychology from an accredited university.

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist.
