The work schedule is typically Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional adjustments based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health evaluations to assess individuals' trauma histories and appropriate treatment options.

• Design and implement specific treatment strategies focused on trauma recovery and resilience-building.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, helping patients process trauma and learn effective coping mechanisms.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care, attending case consultations and team meetings regularly.

• Provide crisis intervention during trauma-related emergencies, offering immediate support as needed.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, coping techniques, and available resources.

• Uphold legal and ethical standards by maintaining accurate clinical documentation and patient confidentiality.

Qualifications\n

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum requirement includes 2 years of post-licensure experience, we welcome candidates with a deeper background in trauma-focused therapy and interventions.
