Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to establish individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.

• Implement a range of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities best suited to address clients’ unique challenges.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records to ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, which is critical for client trust and treatment integrity.

• Collaborate with a carefully selected multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide holistic care that caters to all aspects of patient wellness.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance treatment quality and develop innovative approaches for complex cases.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
