Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, using evidence-based practices to develop tailored treatment plans for each client based on their unique needs and circumstances.

• Deliver a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to facilitate positive change and resilience in clients.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, adhering to HIPAA regulations to ensure the highest standards of ethical practice.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to deliver holistic care that addresses all aspects of a client's well-being.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and available resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will range widely in demographics and mental health challenges, encompassing individuals from various cultural backgrounds, age groups, and socioeconomic statuses. You will work with clients experiencing issues such as depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, and substance use challenges, fostering their journey towards healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and work effectively within a team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with annual compensation between USD 115,000 and 130,000.
