Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop, implement, coordinate, and evaluate individualized clinical treatment programs for clients experiencing acute or chronic mental health conditions. This includes conducting thorough assessments and creating detailed treatment plans in accordance with state and NCQA regulations.

• Provide outpatient psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, addressing varied mental health issues while adapting methods to fit the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Work collaboratively with external resources to facilitate effective treatment options, including making referrals to community organizations and public and private agencies that support treatment goals.
\n
• Prepare comprehensive intake summaries, case notes, and ongoing records, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to both local and federal laws governing mental health treatment.
\n
• Educate and guide clients and their families in understanding treatment regimens, medication adherence, and therapeutic principles, while also offering support to family members.
\n
• Participate in departmental training and meetings to contribute to program development, implementation, and evaluation, and serve in an on-call capacity as needed.

• Possibly supervise Post Masters Fellows, Associate Clinical Social Workers, Associate Marriage & Family Therapists, or Associate Professional Clinical Counselors, providing mentorship and guidance based on completed supervision training.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Candidates must possess one of the following licenses: LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC, demonstrating compliance with state-specific regulations governing clinical practice.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in conducting psychoeducational classes or therapy groups is an advantage.

• The compensation for this role ranges from $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
